Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace, bringing together the world’s leading risk takers to advance global progress.

Our strategy is focused on delivering strong underwriting performance, operating an efficient and flexible marketplace, and maximising the capital advantage of the Lloyd’s market — while continuing to build a Lloyd’s we are proud of.

How we deliver this, matters. We take the risk, make things happen, and own the outcome — working together across our global network to turn insight into impact.

We’re looking for a People Partner who can turn ambitious plans into well-managed, lasting change. You’ll help leaders make informed workforce decisions while keeping colleague experience, business performance and risk firmly in view.

Working in our specialist Change Pool within People Operations & Colleague Experience, you’ll support transformation across different areas of the Corporation. You’ll advise on organisation design, restructuring, workforce transition and change readiness. And you’ll help leaders communicate clearly, build trust and take people with them.

What you’ll do

You’ll work with business leaders, People Partners and specialist People teams to:

  • Lead and support complex people change and transformation initiatives.
  • Turn strategic priorities into clear, practical implementation plans.
  • Assess workforce impacts, dependencies and risks.
  • Support organisation design reviews, restructures and operating model changes.
  • Advise on role design, reporting structures and future capability needs.
  • Help deliver consultation, redundancy, redeployment and reorganisation activity fairly and consistently.
  • Work with Employee Relations colleagues to manage employment risk.
  • Coach and challenge leaders on change leadership and colleague engagement.
  • Assess change readiness and recommend actions that support adoption.
  • Use workforce data and business insight to shape decisions.
  • Track progress, colleague impact and the benefits delivered by change.
  • Provide clear updates for leaders and governance forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
