Logan Talent is representing a well-established global technology business looking to hire an experienced People & Payroll Operations professional into its London team.
This is a broad international role combining payroll operations, HRIS administration and employee lifecycle support across a global workforce. The position would suit someone who enjoys working across both payroll and People Operations rather than focusing purely on payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting multi-country payroll operations across international markets
- Managing payroll inputs and employee changes
- Supporting onboarding, promotions, transfers, and leavers
- Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems
- Reviewing payroll outputs and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Managing HRIS workflows and improving operational processes
- Acting as a point of contact for payroll and People Operations queries

Required Experience and Skills
- Experience across payroll and/or People Operations in an international environment
- Strong multi-country payroll experience
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Good HRIS knowledge, ideally including Dayforce
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The role is based in Central London with a hybrid working model of three days per week in the office.
