About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Work with managers and employees to provide practical HR support and guidance.
- Support managers with employee relations cases coaching and guiding using ACAS best practice.
- Work autonomously to improve, simplify and automate People processes.
- Drive AI, technology and digital solutions across the People function.
- Create tools, resources and self-service solutions that empower managers.
- Challenge outdated ways of working and introduce innovative alternatives.
- Use data, insight and curiosity to solve complex people problems.
- Contribute to transformation projects that improve how HR supports the business.
What We're Looking For
- Thinks differently and challenges the norm.
- Loves solving problems and untangling complexity.

- Gets energy from improving processes and creating better experiences.
- Enjoys empowering managers rather than creating dependency.
- Has experience in ER, HR Systems or Process Improvement.
