People Project Manager
Location: Warrington - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
Salary: £50k - £56k
Contract: 12 month FTC
About the Role
I am looking for an experienced People Project Manager to lead HR workstreams across complex business change projects. This is a hands-on project delivery role, ideal for someone with proven experience delivering people change, particularly within a unionised environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead HR workstreams from project initiation through to completion.
- Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices and new ways of working.
- Lead employee consultation and build effective relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR specialists including Reward, L&D and HRBPs to deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on complex people matters.
- Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.

What I am Looking For
- Proven experience delivering HR/People projects, including TUPE, restructures, reward and terms & conditions.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience working in a unionised environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
