Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a People & Recruitment Co-ordinator based in Bath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a highly administrative role and enjoys keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly. Supporting both recruitment and HR activities, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week on site.

- Managing recruitment administration from advert through to onboarding
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Supporting payroll administration
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Providing wider administrative support to the team as required.
About You
- Previous HR, recruitment or administration experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Someone with a strong work ethic who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.
