People Relations Partner
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000-£65,000
We're partnering with a major UK organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth, seeking an experienced People Relations Partner to join its People & HR Services function. This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the trusted Employee Relations expert for a designated business area, partnering closely with HR leaders, senior stakeholders and specialist teams to drive an effective, fair and commercially focused people relations service.
The Opportunity
As a People Relations Partner, you'll provide strategic oversight of complex and sensitive employee relations matters while identifying trends, insights and opportunities to improve the colleague experience.
You'll work at the intersection of HR, business leaders, legal teams and specialist people functions, ensuring employee relations practices remain consistent, compliant and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert Employee Relations guidance.
- Act as an escalation point for challenging employee relations matters.
- Analyse ER data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of manager capability through coaching, training and guidance.
- Lead service reviews and contribute to improvements in policies, processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate with wider HR, legal and business teams to deliver a consistent employee experience.

About You
- Experience operating as an HR Business Partner with a strong Employee Relations focus, or within a dedicated Employee Relations Partner/Business Partner role in a large/complex organisation.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
- Experience managing complex casework and advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong influencing, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering training, coaching or capability-building initiatives.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and colleague experiences.
- The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
