People Reporting Analyst

Oxfordshire | £45,000 - £55,000 | 12-Month FTC (high possibility of going permanent)

An exciting opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a large organisation investing in its people data and reporting capabilities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering insights that support business decision-making and improve workforce reporting.

The Role

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Extract, analyse, and validate HR data from people systems
  • Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues
  • Support reporting across recruitment, performance, learning and development, reward, and employee operations
  • Work with People Systems teams on data improvements and new technology initiatives
  • Support reporting for key business and HR projects

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics
  • Advanced Power BI skills
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors or WorkDay
  • Ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret people data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience improving data quality and reporting processes
