People Reporting Analyst (12 Month FTC)

Oxfordshire (2 days per week)
Up to £55,000

You'll play a key role in delivering workforce insights, shaping reporting processes, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through accurate, meaningful analytics.

The Role

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc people reporting and workforce analysis to a range of stakeholders
  • Develop meaningful insights that support business and People-related decision-making
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, and HR systems
  • Support workforce planning, people projects, and strategic initiatives through data analysis
  • Monitor reporting accuracy and identify data quality issues, recommending improvements where required
  • Partner with People Systems teams to support reporting requirements, testing, and system enhancements
  • Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and reporting best practice guidance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within workforce data and present findings clearly to stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in a people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics role
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business insights
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Good understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and the employee lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its impact on reporting and data quality
  • Experience working with HR systems and large datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting priorities
  • Notice period - 1 month or less
