People Reporting Analyst (12-Month FTC)
Oxfordshire/Hybrid
Up to £55,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a globally recognised organisation and play a key role in shaping workforce decision-making through data. Working within a small, highly visible People Reporting & Insights team, you will have the chance to influence senior stakeholders, develop impactful reporting solutions, and contribute to major people analytics initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The People Reporting Analyst will:
- Build, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR stakeholders.
- Produce regular and ad hoc people reporting across key workforce metrics.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret data from SAP SuccessFactors.
- Investigate reporting issues and improve data quality standards.
- Support reporting across recruitment, performance, reward, learning, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Partner with People Systems teams on UAT, reporting requirements, and system enhancements.
- Contribute to high-profile projects including performance review reporting, internal mobility analytics, reward analysis, and talent intelligence initiatives.
- Develop reporting documentation, data definitions, and best practice processes.

Your Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Experience within People Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics environments.
- Ability to extract, validate, interrogate, and troubleshoot HR data.
- Experience producing insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing reporting requests independently.
- Able to commute to Bicester on a hybrid basis, typically two days per week.
- Availability within one month is highly desirable.
