People Reporting Analyst (12-Month FTC)
Oxfordshire (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) | £45,000 - £55,000
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a globally operating organisation undergoing continued investment in people data, analytics and HR technology. You'll play a key role in delivering workforce insights, improving reporting capabilities and supporting strategic people initiatives across an international employee population.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Producing regular and ad hoc People reports and analytics.
- Extracting, analysing and interpreting workforce data from SAP SuccessFactors.
- Investigating reporting issues and driving improvements in data quality.
- Supporting reporting across recruitment, performance, learning, employee lifecycle and reward activities.
- Partnering with People Systems teams on system enhancements, testing and implementation projects.
- Identifying workforce trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting reporting process improvements and data governance initiatives.

You'll also contribute to a variety of strategic projects, including:
- Performance and talent reporting.
- Internal mobility analytics.
- Reward and benefits reporting.
- HR technology implementation projects.
- Data quality and reporting transformation initiatives.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience using Power BI.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience within a People Analytics, HR Data, HR MI or People Reporting environment.
- The ability to extract, interrogate and troubleshoot HR data.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- A good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to commute to Oxfordshire twice per week.
