Up to £55,000
Oxfordshire (2 days per week onsite)
The Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a well-established international organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a high-visibility People Reporting & Insights team, you'll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic HR decision-making across the business. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, ownership of reporting outputs, and involvement in a range of impactful people analytics projects.

They are a globally recognised organisation with a large and diverse workforce supporting operations across multiple regions. Their People function covers Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Reward, Payroll, and People Analytics. They are continuing to invest in their people data capabilities, technology landscape, and reporting infrastructure to enable more informed workforce decisions. This role sits within a collaborative People Reporting & Insights team that works closely with stakeholders across the wider HR function.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality people reporting and analytics while supporting ongoing enhancements across reporting processes and HR systems.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Producing regular and ad hoc people reports for a range of stakeholders
- Extracting, validating, and analysing workforce data from SAP SuccessFactors
- Investigating reporting discrepancies and resolving data quality issues
- Supporting reporting across recruitment, performance, learning, reward, and employee lifecycle activities
- Partnering with People Systems teams on UAT, system improvements, and reporting enhancements
- Delivering insights that support workforce planning and people strategy decisions
- Contributing to projects relating to performance reporting, talent intelligence, internal mobility, and reward analytics
- Driving initiatives focused on improving data accuracy and reporting efficiency
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting
- Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors data
- Background in HR, People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics
- Ability to extract, manipulate, interrogate, and troubleshoot people data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience identifying and improving data quality issues
- Comfortable working with both routine reporting and project-based analytics work
- Ability to commute to Bicester two days per week
- Availability to start within a short notice period is advantageous
