As a HR Reporting and Analytics Data Partner in the retail industry, you'll play a crucial role in providing insights and data-driven solutions to support the Human Resources team. Based in Welwyn Garden City, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of people analytics that inform key business decisions.
Client Details
A leading organisation in the retail industry, based in Welwyn Garden City. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a HR Reporting and Analytics Data Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong HR background with advanced reporting and analytical skills, and who is passionate about using data to drive informed decision-making.
Description
- Develop and deliver people analytics reports to support HR and business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve data quality and integrity within HR systems.
- Support the implementation of analytics tools and dashboards for key metrics tracking.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges.
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure data alignment and consistency.
- Help shape the organisation's people analytics strategy and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on interpreting and using analytics effectively.

Profile
A successful People Reporting and Analytics Data Partner should have:
- Experience in data analysis and reporting within a HR role.
- Strong technical skills in data visualisation and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in managing HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and delivering results.
- Live locally to Welwyn Garden City and able to be on site at least 3 times per week.
