People Science Consultant
We are currently looking for a People Science Consultant to work remotely with our biggest global customer in the UK.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, helping customers design effective listening strategies, interpret employee feedback, and drive organizational change through actionable insights.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in leading employee listening or engagement programmes
- Experience advising C-Suite such as CEO, CHROs, and senior HR leaders
- Experience facilitating executive workshops
- Experience delivering enterprise consulting engagements
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences
- Experience connecting employee experience outcomes to business outcomes

Core Areas of Delivery
- Design of Employee Listening Strategies
- People Science & Survey Methodology (Viva Glint)
- Executive Insight Consulting
- Viva Glint experience (Or equivalent/comparable experience)
