People Services Administrator | Manchester
£28k - £30k | Hybrid working
I'm currently recruiting for a People Services Administrator to join the HR team at a professional services business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment and wants exposure across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting joiners, movers and leavers
- Managing employee records and HR systems
- Supporting pre-employment screening and onboarding
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Maintaining accurate HR data and documentation
- Helping improve HR processes and ways of working

What we're looking for:
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organisation
✔️ Experience in high-volume administration, ideally HR
✔️ Good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
