This is a Part Time Position and a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Are you passionate about supporting and helping others? Do you enjoy following and advising on processes whilst getting stuck into administrative tasks? Our HR Administrator role is an opportunity to learn about a variety of HR processes and be part of a fast paced and dynamic business.
Your Purpose
You will be coordinating and processing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Tasks will include:
- Managing the inbox
- Advising on key processes such as maternity and paternity leave, new starters, leavers, and employee changes
- Managing employee data
- Managing documents
- Getting involved with reporting tasks

Your Strengths
This is a great step for a career in HR. You will:
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels
- Have experience of following processes
- Have good time management, planning, and organisational skills
Your Perks
- Up to £28,000. Pro-rata

- Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office and/or visiting suppliers
