People Services Administrator (fixed-term)
Forest House | Circa £26,700 per annum

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate People administration, providing first-line support to colleagues and managers. You will ensure consistent service delivery throughout all stages of the colleague lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, compliance and a strong customer service focus. You will also support projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Working closely with the village and Forest House People teams, you will help ensure a seamless end-to-end transactional process through to Payroll. You will also support the effective administration of Learning and Development activities, assisting managers, colleagues and the Talent team as needed. Your responsibilities will include generating relevant reports, uploading records of prior learning and ensuring colleague learning records are accurate and up to date.

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 28th August 2027
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
About you
- Strong administrative and data input experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language
- Excellent keyboard skills / systems experience
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidentiality and integrity
