📍 Peterborough | Full Time | Permanent
💷 £36,438 per annum
Help shape the future of People Services.
We're looking for an experienced and passionate People Services Adviser to join our People Services team at Inspire Education Group (IEG).
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as we deliver our ambitious People Plan.
You'll work closely with managers and leaders across the Group, providing expert people advice, supporting employee relations matters and helping to create an outstanding employee experience.
As a trusted adviser, you'll support managers with attendance, wellbeing, performance, conduct, grievance and capability matters, while helping to build positive workplace relationships and high-performing teams. You'll also contribute to key People Plan initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, workforce development, people analytics and organisational change.

What we're looking for:
- ✅ Experience providing HR/People advice in a busy environment
- ✅ Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
- ✅ Ability to coach, support and influence managers
- ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✅ A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- ✅ CIPD Level 5 or working towards (or equivalent experience)
