About Specsavers
At Specsavers, we know great customer experiences start with great colleague experiences. As a People Services Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues, managers and Partners who need support with their people and payroll queries.
Role Responsibilities
In this busy role you'll:
- Manage a variety of enquiries through phone, email and our HR ticketing system (ServiceNow), providing accurate information, resolving queries where possible, and directing colleagues to the right support when needed.
- Help maintain employee data.
- Support payroll-related administration.
- Contribute to projects that improve the colleague experience across our business.

About You
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in HR and People Services. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, liaising with customers and delivering outstanding service, you'll really thrive in this role.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong customer service experience, ideally gained in an office environment, contact centre or similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Confident and diplomatic communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized when managing multiple priorities.
- Comfort in using IT systems, learning new processes and working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
