We’re looking for a People Services Advisor to join our People team. This is a great opportunity for someone building their HR career who enjoys providing a brilliant service to employees and managers and wants to broaden their knowledge across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll be part of our People Services team, helping to keep our day-to-day people processes running smoothly and accurately. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in improving how we work as you build your knowledge and confidence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, family leave and offboarding
  • Respond to day-to-day employee and manager queries, providing clear information and escalating more complex matters when appropriate
  • Support managers with straightforward people matters such as probation, absence and flexible working requests, using Gousto policies and guidance
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and People Services colleagues to help create a smooth onboarding and pre-boarding experience
  • Coordinate contractor and freelancer documentation and lifecycle administration, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
  • Support exit processes, including arranging and conducting exit interviews and accurately capturing feedback
  • Maintain People documentation including contracts, job descriptions, organisational information and other employee records
  • Work with colleagues across the People team to provide a consistent and helpful employee experience
  • Identify opportunities to make everyday People Services processes simpler and more efficient, contributing ideas and supporting improvements
  • Provide wider People Services support when required, including helping with process updates, office activities and events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
