People Services HRIS Analyst

Are you passionate about HR systems and data, and excited by the opportunity to influence how a business uses SuccessFactors and Oracle, to drive efficiency, accuracy, and better people decisions?

Join us as our People Services HRIS Analyst, managing large-scale employee data, whilst collaborating with HR, Payroll, and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences! With your savvy detail-oriented and analytical skills, you’ll work with large data sets and various HR Systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the configuration of SuccessFactors, supporting project activity with data collation and data uploads, position creation and amendments and advising the UK Business with best practice and system potential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours contracted per week. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 to 17:00. This is a hybrid opportunity, working 2 days per week in our Northampton Head Office.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage and maintain HRIS data across multiple platforms, including Oracle, SuccessFactors, and ADP GlobalView, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Process large-scale employee and position data uploads, including pay reviews, position creation, amendments, and mass updates across HR systems
  • Support TUPE activities, compliance audits, reporting, and data integrity checks, ensuring adherence to HR and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations and data replication issues, resolving HRIS challenges and maintaining seamless system performance
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and People Services teams, while providing guidance, user support, and assistance with HRIS-related projects

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Strong experience working with HR systems and integrations, with knowledge of SuccessFactors, (ADP GlobalView, and Oracle Fusion would be a huge plus!)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and technical capability, including problem-solving and proficiency in Excel using lookups and formulas
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable team player who demonstrates accuracy, collaboration, curiosity, flexibility, and enthusiasm, while maintaining a pragmatic, future-focused mindset
