About the Role
Baillie Gifford is looking for an experienced People Services Lead to lead the team delivering exceptional support to 1,550 colleagues across 11 countries.
This is a key operational leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day performance, quality and resilience of People Services. You’ll lead and develop the team responsible for employee lifecycle operations and colleague queries, ensuring services are responsive, accurate and consistent while managing demand capacity, operational risk and critical operational priorities.

Alongside delivering an excellent day-to-day service, you’ll play an important role in improving how People Services operates. Using service insight, data and colleague feedback, you’ll identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen services and work closely with the People Product Lead to ensure new processes, technology and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded. It’s an opportunity to combine excellent operational leadership with meaningful service improvement, protecting the quality of today’s colleague experience while helping build a modern, scalable People function.
