Position
We are seeking a motivated People Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a talented and motivated People Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing aspects of the People Services function relating to your area, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and developing and implementing people policies and procedures.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Be the first point of call for all line managers within your business unit, but more than this you should be the key driver to making our employee experience better to support our people to be successful in their roles and bring the best out of themselves within the Agena Group.
- Deliver people initiatives that enhance employee experience and support business goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and people development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
- Support organisational change, restructures, and business acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and HR best practice.
- Partner with managers to develop talent, succession plans, and career development opportunities.
- Coordinate pay reviews, benefits administration, and HR data accuracy.
- Manage and improve People policies, processes, and systems.
- Lead and contribute to People projects that drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Champion sustainable ways of working and employee wellbeing programmes.

Who You Are
- Significant experience in a People/Human Resources role at a Manager/BP level.
- Excel working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment; we are completely flexible on industry background.
- Thrive building professional relationships in the business at all levels.
- Experience of M&A, specifically integrating acquired businesses, would be desirable.
- D&I or Systems/Data specialism would be desirable.
- Demonstrate a curious nature to develop your skills within the Agena Group.

Other Information About The Role
- Salary: £45,000 pro rata.
- Duration: 9-month FTC.
- Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm.
- Location: This role can be based from any of our Agena office locations; Lancing, Newton Abbot, Slough, Stafford with hybrid flexibilities.

Our selection process is as follows: Application - Competency Based Interview - 2nd Interview with task - Psychometric assessment measuring curiosity, responsibility, and motivation. You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future. The postholder may be required to travel to our site locations for meetings on occasion.
