A fantastic 12-month internal secondment opportunity for an organised, people person, who works with excellent attention to detail. As People Services Specialist you will be the first point of contact for HR related queries from colleagues and managers, interacting with all colleagues through the entire colleague lifecycle. You are responsible for providing a fully compliant, accurate and efficient service to the business, maintaining accurate records and delivering a first-class colleague experience in all your interactions. You will be passionate about our people and trusted to work with the highest of confidentiality.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain accurate colleague records, supporting our colleagues as appropriate in the use of the global P&C systems and processes whilst always maintaining confidentiality of sensitive colleague information.
  • Respond to general queries relating to people policies and processes.
  • Support managers in the use of global HR systems and processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding processes, supporting colleagues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare documentation (employment contracts, offer letters, job changes).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data.
  • Assist with the coordination of annual performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Contact point for occupational health and pre-employment screening suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture projects.

About You

  • Confidentiality – ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Organisation – demonstrate the ability to efficiently and proactively coordinate multiple activities, manage in a fast paced environment and plan effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Administration – the ability to complete repetitive administrative duties with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Communication – the ability to converse and relay information in a manner that means it can be received, both in written and verbal forms, tailoring your approach to enable you to communicate across all levels of stakeholders, colleagues and customers.
