What You'll Work On
- Support London employees and leaders on site, adapting global cultural programmes and communicating local needs to the broader People organisation.
- Guide UK employment compliance and provide local context for investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes with People partners and specialist colleagues.
- Coordinate local rollout of global initiatives and support recruitment, aligning communication, logistics and equitable hiring processes with London's growth plans.

Qualification: A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: At least ten years in relevant HR work, including substantial UK technology-company or fast-moving technology experience.
Domain: Detailed UK employment-law, contract, compliance and disciplinary or performance-framework knowledge.
Technical: Ability to interpret HR data and identify trends that inform decisions.
Stakeholder: Trusted partnerships with senior business and engineering leaders, strong English communication and sound judgement across diverse teams.
Preferred: Startup and global-company experience, London technology-market knowledge and supporting rapid growth or organisational change.
