Are you a highly organised HR professional who thrives on compliance, systems, and delivering exceptional employee support? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps processes running smoothly while ensuring every detail is accurate and compliant?
We're looking for a People Support Coordinator to join our People Team based out of our Carrington office in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organisation, while helping us maintain best-practice HR compliance, systems administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for HR support and enquiries.
- Manage HR compliance activities, including probity and audit requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Generate employment contracts, letters, and employment documentation.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
- Coordinate compliance reporting and maintain compliance registers.
- Partner with leaders and employees to deliver timely and professional HR support.

What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
