Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: 12 Month FTC

We're looking for an experienced People Support TUPE & Acquisition Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activity, ensuring employee transfers are completed accurately and in line with key deadlines. You'll lead and develop the TUPE & Acquisitions team while working closely with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams, the Bid Team and other stakeholders to deliver an accurate payroll service and positive employee experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activity, monitoring key milestones, data quality, risks and dependencies to ensure transfers are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide clear day-to-day leadership to the TUPE & Acquisitions team, including work allocation, resource planning, coaching, one-to-ones, appraisals, training and development.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex payroll queries, delivery risks, data issues and stakeholder concerns, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Build effective relationships with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams, contract stakeholders, incumbent providers and other payroll teams to support successful employee transfers.
- Lead continuous improvement across end-to-end TUPE and acquisition processes, using data, colleague feedback, audit findings and root-cause analysis to strengthen controls, reduce manual activity and improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For
- Practical knowledge of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll processes, supported by strong payroll administration knowledge.
- Previous experience of leading, coaching or coordinating colleagues, with the ability to set priorities and manage changing workloads.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering process improvements from initial diagnosis through to testing, implementation and benefits review.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll or HR systems, ideally including SAP or an equivalent platform.
