People Systems Analyst

Leeds – Hybrid
Full time, permanent

We're growing our People Systems team and are looking for talented individuals, ideally with Dayforce experience to join us.

Whether you're currently working as a People Systems Administrator, Systems Officer, Systems Specialist, or Systems Analyst, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing one of our most important business platforms.

Working as part of a collaborative People Systems function, you'll help maintain, enhance, and optimise our Dayforce environment, supporting colleagues across the business while contributing to system improvements, configuration changes, data quality initiatives, and ongoing projects.

We're interested in hearing from candidates with varying levels of experience with Dayforce, who are passionate about getting the most from technology and delivering an excellent user experience.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for Dayforce, resolving system issues, and managing user queries.
  • Managing support tickets and troubleshooting system issues to identify effective solutions.
  • Supporting system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Playing a key part in helping to define and deliver the work pipeline aligned to the business strategy and the Dayforce product roadmap.
  • Maintaining system security, user access, documentation, and data integrity.
  • Managing data imports, exports, and validation activities.
  • Supporting projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party suppliers to deliver an effective systems service.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, data governance standards, and relevant legislation.

About You:

We're open to candidates from a range of systems backgrounds, but you will ideally have:

  • Experience supporting, administering, or analysing HR, Payroll, or People systems, ideally Dayforce.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience with Dayforce or other HCM/HRIS platforms such as Workday, ResourceLink, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
  • Exposure to system projects, testing, upgrades, or change initiatives.
  • Understanding of HR or Payroll processes.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, or system integrations.
