Epassi's Purpose
We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets. Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.
We are currently hiring a People Systems & Technology Partner to be based in one of our European office locations.
Your Mission at Epassi
You will own and continuously improve the technology behind our employee experience. With HiBob at the center of our People technology ecosystem, you'll make sure our systems, integrations, automations and workflows are simple, reliable and scalable.
This is not an employee data administration role. Your focus is the technology itself: setting up systems, improving configurations, building workflows and making sure our tools work well together. You'll work with People, IT and the wider business, and as we move from locally designed processes toward a more global approach, you'll help us standardize how we use our systems while supporting necessary market-specific requirements.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Owning the technical setup, configuration and continuous improvement of HiBob
- Configuring and maintaining workflows, permissions, access rights, fields, templates and system functionality
- Building and improving employee lifecycle workflows across onboarding, performance, development, grading and offboarding
- Designing, building and maintaining integrations between HiBob and other tools across our technology landscape
- Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions that reduce manual work
- Supporting the setup and continuous improvement of our Jira / Atlassian environment from the People side
- Partnering with IT and other stakeholders on system architecture, access, integrations and technical changes
- Working with external vendors and system providers where needed
- Maintaining clear system documentation, governance and ownership
- Helping establish global standards while ensuring required local differences can still be supported

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
