We're looking for a proactive, people-first People & Talent Advisor to join our HR team based at Alderley Park (3/4 days onsite a week). You'll work closely with our Senior HR Business Partners, providing hands-on advisory support across the employee lifecycle, while also acting as the friendly, go-to face of HR in the office day-to-day.
This is a varied and global role - part HR generalist, part hiring support, part office community-builder. You'll get exposure to a broad range of complex HR work while helping keep the office running smoothly for everyone in it.
What You'll Be Doing
HR Advisory & Employee Lifecycle
- Support the Senior HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR advisory queries from managers and employees
- Manage end-to-end employment administration: contracts, offer letters, changes to terms, references, and other employment paperwork
- Take ownership for payroll processing alongside our dedicated payroll provider
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance through to first weeks - right to work checks, contracts, DBS checks, new starter setup, and a great first impression
- Manage offboarding, including exit paperwork, leaver checklists, and exit interviews where needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Help ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well-documented
- System and process improvements within our HR Systems

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
