People & Talent Coordinator
At Tedaisy, we’re not just building a business, we are shaping a culture. In the past year, we’ve grown from 80 to 110 people and we’re just getting started. In 2025, we entered an exciting new chapter by signing a strategic investment agreement with Santévet Group, Europe’s leader in pet health insurance, setting the stage for our next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a People & Talent Coordinator who’s equally passionate about hiring brilliant people and company culture. This role is a true 50/50 split between HR and recruitment.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with some HR admin or recruitment experience who’s looking to build a career in HR. You’ll be part of a supportive team, trusted to take ownership and encouraged to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
