Zero-X · On-site, Canggu, Bali · 4–6 months

What does it take to turn an inbox of applications into a shortlist that starts on time — and keep a visa intake from backing up on day one? This is a People & Talent Intern building the sourcing, screening, and onboarding pipeline for Zero-X, a company turning waste into clean power. Zero-X was named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list (Energy, 2018). You leave with the one proof employers hire on: a pipeline you built and a cohort you moved from first application to a seat on the floor. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.

What you build

  • You build the sourcing pipeline tracker that carries every application from first message to a screening call.
  • You work on the screening rubric so every reviewer reads the same role, not a feeling.
  • The onboarding packet is the concrete output: a selected intern lands on the floor with the right desk, the right documents, and the right first week.
  • The visa intake tracker stays current so no start date backs up.

The bar

  • You have screened a real inbox before and can name the miss you caught after the fact.
  • A process built outside coursework runs without you in the room.
  • A hard candidate decision stayed on the table until the CV stopped lying.
  • The cost of a bad hire in a small team, named in numbers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who this is for

  • You work until the shortlist is clean.
  • You treat a candidate's first reply as a work sample, not an inbox task.
  • You hold the unattractive eighty percent — chasing documents, updating trackers, pinging unresponsive applicants — without dropping the one detail that matters.
  • The question is always whether this person would make the cohort stronger, and you can point to the behavior that answers it.

Where you do it — and why here

Thirty years building companies — New York, London, Tokyo, the Valley — and then it stopped mattering where the work happened. So the program runs on-site in Canggu. A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how we build. This is not a distributed setup; it is one fixed cohort in one place, full-time. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the companies are on it every day. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali. What this location buys is attention, not a view. You watch the pipeline react in real time, and the person you screened yesterday is the person sitting three desks over today. Monday reset / Friday ship — send what you built.

  • Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours.

Questions about the fit or the timeline? Tell us — we'll talk you through how the program runs.

Requirements

  • A degree in human resources, psychology, business, or communications — you have proven you can finish something.
  • You drive Claude Code, Hermes, or Codex every day and catch what the AI gets wrong.
  • A thing you built that nobody asked you to build.
  • Four to six months on-site.

How to apply

Apply via the LinkedIn application field. Submit your CV and a short note on one sourcing problem you would solve.

A finished CV was never the point. What counts is a thing you've built and the drive to build the next one. That is who we are looking for.
