The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Office Administrator to join our team. One half of the role will focus on working within well-defined processes, using checklists and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. The other half of the role will focus on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the London office.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the People Team, including general HR administration, recruitment coordination and maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures. You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, offering initial guidance and directing queries appropriately.

A core element of the role will involve using AI-enhanced tools to streamline People processes, improve documentation, and support data accuracy — as well as contributing ideas for how generative AI can be used to improve workflow efficiency and employee experience.
The position also has responsibility for the London Office Experience, helping to ensure a welcoming, well-run working environment for all colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
People Administration
- Supporting the People Team by accurately maintaining employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and stored securely within our People tools. This will include the full spectrum of HR / People administration and the complete employee lifecycle such as drafting various update letters, background checks and references for new joiners and employee leaving processes and records.
- Recruitment support: Assist the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, candidate liaison, and supporting the Global Head of Talent as required.
- HR compliance: Together with the team, ensure our administration is in compliance with company policies and procedures and external requirements such as local employment law, ISO 27001 and SOC2 audits.
- Assist with various People projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and office experience programs.
People Office Experience
- Responsible for employee experience activities within the London office. These duties may include, but are not limited to, arranging weekly office lunches, weekly brunches, and various social events.
- Handling office orders including the weekly food shop
- Coordinating on-site events and meetings, including the quarterly Senior Leadership Onsite meetings
- Supporting the Procurement (Facilities) team on an ad hoc basis
- Generally helping to maintain a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
Guidance and training on the above will be provided to you where necessary.
What we’re looking for
- A “can do” proactive attitude and the ability to thrive under competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail & accuracy are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- To be able to work from our Holborn based office a minimum of 4 days per week

Desirable but not essential:
- Entry level experience (ideally 1-3 year) working in an HR / People administrative role or similar position. We are also open to hear from proactive recent graduates.
- Proficient in the use of Google drive and use of Macbook Pro
- HiBob or other HRIS experience a bonus
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in SME / Start up environment
- Familiar with ISO27001 and or SOC2 audits & standards
