The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual People Team Staff to support the delivery of exceptional events behind the scenes. This flexible, casual opportunity plays a key role in ensuring our event workforce is prepared, organised, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Working across uniform management, staff check-in, event operations, recruitment activities, and general administration, you'll provide vital support to the People Team before, during, and after events. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to work independently while contributing as part of a wider team.

The Responsibilities

Event Preparation & Uniform Management

  • Accurately count and record both clean and returned uniforms.
  • Steam, iron, and press uniforms as required before redistribution.
  • Replenish uniform stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Update uniform and event trackers accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and counting skills.

Event Operations

  • Prepare event materials, including labels and wristbands.
  • Assist with event set-up and breakdown.
  • Support staff check-in and check-out processes.
  • Independently manage small staff check-ins.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised check-in area always.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
