About The Role
As a People Team Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our people’s operations running smoothly while supporting our transformation journey. You'll deliver accurate, efficient People administration, drive continuous process improvements, and help create a great experience for our colleagues.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and detail-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent stakeholder service and embracing change. You'll take ownership of key People administration tasks, ensure our processes are accurate and efficient, and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate colleague records across HR systems, ensuring all documentation is up to date, securely stored, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage key People administration processes, including contractual changes, reference requests, DBS and credit checks, and colleague exits.
- Act as the first point of contact for People systems and process queries, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Monitor HR compliance, including Right to Work, National Minimum Wage, Working Time Regulations, student visa restrictions, and other legislative requirements, escalating any issues as needed.
- Produce and maintain People reports, supporting the team with accurate data and insights.
- Support People projects and business initiatives, including TUPE and process improvement activities.
- Coordinate colleague recognition initiatives, including the Employee of the Month programme.
- Manage incoming and outgoing People correspondence, ensuring all documentation and communications are handled efficiently and confidentially.

- Experience in an administration or customer-facing role, ideally in HR, recruitment, retail, or hospitality.
- A genuine person with a positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels.
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and continuously develop with a growth mindset.
