Love variety getting stuck in?

You’ll work with great people, tackle different challenges and help keep things running smoothly, no two days will be the same!

About the role

We're looking for a People Team Coordinator to join our growing People team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

This is a broad and varied role, providing essential day-to-day support to our People team while helping us continue to build and improve the way we support our people across Superscript. You'll take ownership of a range of People administration, help keep our processes and systems running smoothly, and get involved in projects, employee initiatives and ad-hoc pieces of work across the People function.

It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, working with people and getting stuck into different challenges. No two days are likely to look exactly the same.

You'll be an important extra pair of hands within the People team, helping us stay on top of the detail, create capacity for wider priorities and deliver a great employee experience.

What you'll get up to:

  • Working closely with our People & Culture Leader, and our Leadership & Talent Leader, you'll play an important role in helping the People team run effectively and ensuring we continue to deliver a great experience for our employees.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Lucy and Derrick across the wider People function.
  • Take ownership of routine People administration, helping create capacity for the wider team to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Keep People processes, documentation and employee records organised, accurate and up to date.
  • Support the administration of key employee processes including onboarding, probation, absence, benefits, employee changes and leavers.
  • Help coordinate People initiatives, employee engagement activities, workshops and internal events.
  • Assist with People projects and ad-hoc pieces of work as they arise across the business.
  • Help prepare reports, people data, presentations and internal communications.
  • Support the maintenance and development of People policies, processes, templates and guidance.
  • Help coordinate meetings, workshops and People-related activity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support People initiatives and resolve day-to-day queries.
  • Identify opportunities to make our People processes simpler, more efficient and more employee-friendly.
  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring actions are followed through and deadlines are met.
  • Be willing to get stuck in and support wherever the People team needs an extra pair of hands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
