People Team Coordinator

📍 UK Remote, with quarterly travel to central London

Training The Street (TTS) is the world's leading financial learning services company, delivering targeted, hands-on training to corporate and academic clients across the globe. We're looking for a People Team Coordinator to join our team as a front-line partner across three distinct populations - consultants and contractors, Teaching Associates, and general employees.

In this role, you'll be the go-to point of contact for consultant hiring and lifecycle management, from contracts through onboarding and offboarding, while also supporting recruiting coordination for Teaching Associates and general employee hires across multiple regions. You'll work closely with hiring managers, regional People Team leads, IT, Finance, and Payroll to keep hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations running smoothly and on time.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys owning end-to-end processes, and can move confidently between candidates, new hires, managers, and senior leadership - all while keeping the details airtight across multiple concurrent workflows.

Overview

  • Acts as a front-line generalist within the People Team, supporting recruitment and operational enablement across three distinct populations: consultants/contractors, Teaching Associates (TAs), and general employees.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for consultant hiring, processes, systems access, and operational enablement.
  • Supports full-cycle recruiting coordination for TA and general employee hiring, partnering with hiring managers and regional leads.
  • Provides day-to-day front-line support to employees and managers on People Team processes, queries, and escalations.
  • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration across regional leadership, HR, IT, Finance, and internal teams.
  • Primarily remote, with quarterly travel to central London for team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Consultant & Contractor Recruitment and Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end consultant/contractor lifecycle, including interviews, contract creation, updates, renewals, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Coordinate with the Instructor Development team to schedule second-round interviews
  • Maintain and update contract templates in line with approved leadership changes
  • Coordinate contract review, approval, and signature processes across consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Track contract timelines and renewals proactively
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date consultant records and documentation
  • Support region-specific onboarding requirements and documentation processes
  • Conduct onboarding calls to introduce new hires to internal systems and processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
