What You'll Do

The People Transformation & Change Director will play a key role in delivering organizational change and transformations across BCG’s Global Businesses and Functions People Team, supporting 6,500+ employees and 4,000 contingent workers across a fast-evolving global footprint. Working in a complex, global environment, you will help translate evolving business and people needs into practical change approaches that support effective implementation and sustainable outcomes.

You will bring structure, judgment, and momentum to change initiatives from planning through execution. You will use your subject matter expertise in HR operations, change management, and transformation methodologies within this role. You will work closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional partners to assess challenges, develop recommendations, coordinate activity, and keep work progressing in environments where priorities, inputs, and requirements may evolve.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Lead the execution of organizational change initiatives, using sound judgment to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Develop clear, practical recommendations based on analysis, stakeholder input, and business needs.
  • Structure and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Analyze issues, identify potential barriers to change, and recommend actions to address them.
  • Partner across HR, operations, systems, data, and analytics teams to support coordinated delivery.
  • Prepare clear, decision-ready materials that communicate progress, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions to align teams, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Monitor implementation progress and adapt plans as needed to support successful change outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant consulting, HR, or organizational change experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience delivering complex, global organizational change initiatives in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to develop clear, practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills across diverse teams and audiences.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to manage sensitive, confidential topics with discretion, care, and professionalism.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the People Change & Transformation Senior Director, and work closely with the team Senior Director day to day on breadth of projects & topics. Broader constellation will be our GBF HR Delivery team (a group of HR experts regionally and country focused on HR advisory), as well as leadership and teams involved in HR system data and analytics.
