Fantastic opportunity to join our Employee Experience (EX) team, where you’ll work on the moments that matter most to employees. As a change & organisational transformation consultant, you’ll work alongside senior colleagues to help clients communicate clearly, engage their people and navigate change effectively across a range of people-related topics.
The work is varied and impactful. You could support projects that help employees understand their pay and how it is determined, navigate their career and develop the skills needed to achieve their goals, adapt to organisational changes such as AI-driven workforce transformation, or better understand the full value proposition their organisation offers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with change management experience, ideally within an HR context, alongside strong project management skills, a creative and curious mindset, and an openness to using AI responsibly.
The role is ideal for someone building their consulting career who enjoys being close to the detail. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping content, coordinating actions, ensuring quality, managing timelines and turning complex information into clear, engaging materials for employees and clients.
You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and high-performing consulting environment that values accountability, initiative and a willingness to learn and contribute from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
