This role is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract

Travel to our London office minimum once per week, this may increase depending on projects/programmes.

Why join us

Joining us means stepping into a role where you shape the future of our Tech Division and turn strategy into real, measurable change. As our People Transformation Manager - Tech you’ll be at the centre of one of the organisation’s most critical programmes, driving end-to-end thinking, accelerating delivery, and enabling the business to evolve with clarity, pace and purpose.

What you'll do

  • You’ll lead the cross-functional engine behind the programme, bringing together the right people, the right insights and the right decisions to move from ideation to execution. This is a role where your ability to diagnose, structure, and orchestrate complex change will directly influence how our Tech organisation grows, performs and delivers for the future.

  • You’ll design the frameworks that keep the programme moving: from governance and decision-making to integrated delivery plans, KPIs and benefits tracking. You’ll create the conditions for high-quality problem-solving, using an outcome-centric and hypothesis-led approach to unlock innovation and ensure we deliver the outcomes that matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
