We are partnering with a major, market-leading organisation undergoing significant organisational development and operating model change. As part of this evolution, we are recruiting a People Business Partner - AI Transformation on either a permanent basis or a 2-year fixed-term contract to support the business through a large-scale transformation programme.
While the organisation is introducing new AI-enabled ways of working, the core focus of this role is on organisation design, workforce planning and capability development. You’ll play a key part in ensuring teams are structured, skilled and supported as the business adopts new tools, processes and technologies. This is about helping people and leaders understand, adapt to and embed AI-driven improvements in a way that strengthens culture, capability and long-term performance.
This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience. The start date will align with your notice period.
Duties Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy for the organisation’s AI transformation
- Shaping future operating models, team structures and reporting lines to support AI-enabled ways of working
- Redesigning roles and responsibilities in response to automation, technology and changing business needs
- Leading strategic workforce planning and identifying the skills and capabilities required for future-ready teams
- Working with Learning and Development teams to build leadership and employee capability for successful AI adoption
- Leading the people impact of change, including communicating, engaging and supporting colleagues through transition
- Coordinating HR, OD, talent and change specialists to ensure transformation programmes deliver sustainable outcomes

Experience Required
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner, with a strong track record of supporting organisational change and transformation
- Background in supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation, ideally within complex or evolving environments
- Commercial and pragmatic approach, able to balance people considerations with business priorities
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the confidence to influence, challenge and guide senior stakeholders
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), demonstrating strong professional foundations in HR practice

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
