• Typically graduate level or corresponding experience, MCIPD or relevant business/professional qualification.
• Track record of making change happen: catalyst for change with track record in HR Business Partnering, leadership, people transformation and cultural change.
• Ability to develop knowledge, skills and experience; to learn quickly and positively embrace change/new programmes.
