Responsibilities
During your first few weeks, you will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by delivering, selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will be responsible for managing our business with these customers from start to finish, including:
- Develop relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best-in-class coaching and mentorship, and engage in career conversations with sales leaders throughout your term
- Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Marketing Agreements
- Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets
- Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays

Building Critical Business Skills
As you progress through your term, you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you gained on the frontlines. In the second half of your term, you will be responsible for leading a business project with support from the Zone Leadership Team. This may include analyzing business performance, presenting recommendations, supporting strategic initiatives, or helping the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment include:
- Build leadership, coaching, and execution skills through frontline training
- Support POS optimization and identify opportunities to improve in-market visibility
- Assist with innovation launch plans and in-market sustainment
- Use sales forecasting tools to review trends, risks, and targets
- Prepare Area Sales reporting and highlight key business insights
- Support Zone Leadership projects tied to execution and customer priorities
- Analyze business performance and present sales recommendations
- Learn PepsiCo’s OneCan approach, including GTM models, customer strategies, and brand portfolios
- Contribute to market execution projects that strengthen retail impact
- Take on unique projects that support team priorities and sales exposure

Qualifications
- Completion of second or third year of a Business or related degree/program
- Valid G or class 5 driver’s license, with a clean driving record
- Reliable and consistent access to a personal vehicle
- High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
- A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive
- A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule
- Successful interns may be considered for future internship experiences or full-time early career opportunities within PepsiCo
