Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Role

The Perceived Quality Engineer is responsible for defining, elevating, and ensuring the highest standards of perceived quality in our premium class aircraft seating products. The engineer acts as the key link between industrial/product design, technical architecture, and engineering to deliver and uphold customer-focused perceived quality expectations.

  • Drive Perceived Quality: Set targets, create and maintain the Product Acceptance Document, and analyse design choices to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work in a cross-functional team (up to 20 people) including designers, engineers, suppliers, and Class-A modellers. Advocate for best design standards and manufacturing methods.
  • Lead from Experience: Gather and share lessons and benchmarks, resolve design risks, and propose improvements based on robust analysis and customer-oriented thinking.
  • Be the Customer Champion: Engage with customers to converge on expectations, conduct Perceived Quality (PQ) scorings, and ensure that every product touchpoint shines - visually, audibly, and tactilely.
  • Promote Excellence: Share a Perceived Quality mindset across the team, participate in network meetings across Safran Seats, and drive continuous improvement.
