About the role
Performance Account Director · Reports to the Founder · Hybrid, London (3 days office, 2 days home) · Salary: £60-£85k
303 is a creative performance agency for premium and luxury brands, working across fashion, automotive, homeware, and health and wellness. We bring creative strategy, content production and performance media together under one roof.
We're hiring a senior performance marketer to lead our performance function and shape its next stage. You'll oversee a portfolio of premium and luxury clients across paid social, led by Meta, alongside Pinterest and paid search.
You'll lead an experienced performance team and work closely with our Creative Strategy Lead, account management team and in-house creative department. As the team grows, your focus will move from hands-on account work towards leading people, clients and the commercial direction of the department.
Key responsibilities
Performance strategy and paid media
- Set performance strategy across the client portfolio.
- Provide senior oversight of Meta and other paid media accounts: audit them hands-on in Ads Manager, find opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
- Direct, challenge and improve the people running day-to-day optimisation.
- Own account structure, optimisation methodology and testing frameworks.
Creative and performance
- Work in parallel with the Creative Strategy Lead to build a fast feedback loop between media and our in-house creative.
- Turn performance data into usable creative insight, then test, distribute and scale the work.
- Protect brand perception: avoid tactics that drive short-term numbers but make premium brands feel less premium.
Client leadership
- Be accountable for the strength and retention of the performance client portfolio.
- Act as the senior performance partner to clients, alongside our account management team.
- Understand clients' businesses, challenge them when needed, communicate performance clearly and spot growth opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
