Role Overview

As Performance Administrator you will provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to the Specialist Housing team, ensuring the smooth delivery of housing and support services through accurate record keeping, contract administration, financial processing, reporting and general business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Supported Housing management and operational teams.
  • Process and monitor catering invoices and other service-related invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment.
  • Support the administration, monitoring and review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of customer communications, including the Customer Digest and other resident information.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and update support contract information and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review and signing of new contracts and contract variations.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases in accordance with GDPR requirements.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations and meeting documentation as required.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes and monitor completion of agreed actions.
  • Support the team with audits, compliance checks and service monitoring activities.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the effective operation of Specialist Housing services

More about you:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
  • At least two years’ administrative experience working in a customer-centered environment.
  • Able to work effectively and diligently at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent writing skills including copywriting, editing and proofreading with accurate grammar and literacy.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to maintain successful relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy and best practice - desirable
  • Experience of innovating and embedding new ideas within the public sector, charity or voluntary sector - desirable
  • Experience of working with vulnerable residents or customers - desirable
