Performance Advisor (Homelessness), 2-year fixed term position
Are you passionate about using data and insight to improve people’s lives?
Plymouth City Council is seeking an ambitious and proactive Performance Adviser to help shape our statutory homelessness response.
In this role, you will use performance data, analysis and reporting to identify trends, inform clear decision making, and progress improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, experience of performance management, and the ability to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insight. Experience of working in homelessness services would be an advantage, and we are also keen to hear from candidates who bring professional curiosity and a commitment to service improvement.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Housing Solutions and wider partner services to share insight, strengthen outcomes, and support joined-up delivery.
