Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Gaming Team at Betfair part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

As a Performance Analyst you will have an exciting opportunity to play a central role in influencing our Customer Engagement, Cross-Sell and Acquisition strategies through insights to drive performance, with exposure to stakeholders of all levels.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and decisions can be made in a timely manner.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities / challenges to relevant stakeholders along with solutions and advice to maximise performance.
  • Generate reusable reports using different analytical tools allowing stakeholders to self-serve.
  • Produce in-depth pieces of analysis and strategic insights to provide a detailed explanation of underlying trends and recommendations.

  • Adopt a long-term view and anticipate future trends and implications.
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings in a concise and effective manner, as well as actively listens with intent and appreciates the opinion of others.
  • Thinks about customers 24/7 and puts them at the heart of all that we do.
  • Gets stuck in to achieve results, confident when under pressure and comfortable giving opinions.
  • Highly enthusiastic and willing to learn; wants to understand behaviour, look for patterns and find great things.
  • Excellent data manipulation skills in Excel with a special emphasis on producing output appropriate to the audience.
