About The Role
As a Performance Analyst within Ipsum Water England & Wales, you will play an important role in supporting the Midlands business through performance reporting, data analysis and business insights.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting on operational performance data across multiple systems and functions. A key aspect of the role will be managing the monthly Performance Bonus Scheme reporting process, ensuring accurate calculations, transparent reporting and meaningful feedback is provided to both employees and senior leadership.
Working closely with operational teams and group functions, you will help drive business performance by identifying trends, highlighting opportunities for improvement and supporting more effective resource utilisation and productivity.
As a Performance Analyst, you will:
- Manage the reporting outcomes of the employee Performance Bonus Scheme.
- Produce accurate monthly bonus reports identifying eligible employees and associated payments.
- Provide performance reports and insights to the senior management team.
- Analyse business data to demonstrate whether performance initiatives are delivering the desired outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to support business performance.
- Provide employees with feedback regarding bonus performance and scheme inclusion.
- Collect and consolidate performance data from operational teams and group functions.
- Use reporting and analysis to help maximise resource utilisation and productivity.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting tools, dashboards and management information.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across multiple business systems.
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations.

About You
We're looking for a highly organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and delivering meaningful business insights.
You will have:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports.
- Confidence working across multiple business systems and technology platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Essential Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports.
- Technically proficient and comfortable working across multiple Ipsum platforms and systems.
- Highly organised, diligent and detail-focused.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a Performance Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Support or Operational Analysis role.
- Experience creating management reports, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Experience supporting operational productivity and performance improvement initiatives.
