Working Hours - 37.0 Hours per Week

As Performance Analyst (Capital Delivery), you will manage, manipulate, and analyse large quantities of data, and then turn this data into information and reports to be used by the business.

Supporting Customer Capital Delivery to deliver a consistent service to customers affected by all of our portfolio of work. You will be a point of contact for wider UU customer and wholesale teams, providing a consistent service when dealing with customer contacts, both telephone and written.

As part of the role you will also carry out internal health checks for customer activities and offering advice and guidance for all Capital Delivery customer related activities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and management information systems.
  • Produce performance reports, scorecards, charts, and RAG reports.
  • Develop reports and provide adhoc analysis.
  • Lead statutory and regulatory reporting, ensuring GSS compliance.
  • Investigate and report GSS failures.
  • Manage the Planned ShutOff process and associated obligations.
  • Support reporting, customer insight, and operational analysis.
  • Analyse trends and identify performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Good communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and spot trends and changes
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
  • Work under supervision with responsibility for ensuring the work is reliable and accurate
  • Understanding of the Customer Measure of Experience and Capital Delivery construction methods
  • Experience of working in a busy work environment
  • Understanding of UU Customer Systems including INS

Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications

  • GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths
