What you will be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), wellbeing and performance initiatives that support business priorities and enhance the colleague experience across global teams.
  • Drive and embed inclusive practices throughout the colleague lifecycle and business activity, ensuring DEI principles are reflected in policies, processes and everyday ways of working.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance conversations, goal setting, inclusive leadership and colleague wellbeing.
  • Lead colleague network activity, ensuring effective governance, meaningful action, strong sponsorship and measurable progress against DEI objectives.
  • Use performance, talent, DEI and wellbeing data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and risks, informing decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with People Partners, Centres of Excellence and external providers to deliver wellbeing programmes, build inclusive capability and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, as well as working with our ER team to align on underperformance approach and support.
  • Coordinate and support external benchmarking and audit programmes, using insights and data to assess organisational progress and drive continuous improvement in inclusion, performance and wellbeing.
  • Be the first point of contact for wellbeing escalations, providing access to appropriate support.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in DEI, wellbeing, and/or performance management within a complex or global organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of performance frameworks and inclusive leadership practices.
  • Confident managing wellbeing or crisis cases with empathy and discretion.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and data-analysis skills.
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
